The visitors had a guide to take them around paintings, antiquities and ancient relics. Garth, however, soon got bored of these, and soon split from the tour to go his own way in a different direction.
He looked around the room, and then wandered off through the various corridors until he saw the desired exhibit.
Garth gazed down with wonder at the protective preserving case. Inside it two golden autumn leaves. Dry; no life left and no room to breathe, yet brought here to be preserved for all time. What interested Garth most were the drops of rain that rested. Wondrous beauty preserved, like glass tears.
Garth longed to hold the leaves yet knew they would crumble in his hands and the rain would disappear forever . The yearning to though, still remained. The raindrops were part of his future.
Garth wanted to dance in the rain, yet knew he couldn't for another year. On Planet Tron it only rained once every seven years.
